1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the hepi8 website accessible at https://hepi8.cam, including all sub-pages, services, and tools operated thereunder.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal wagering account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any eligible bonus credits held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reload offer granted to a Member subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction a Member may place on their own account to prevent access to the Platform for a specified period.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which hepi8 holds its international operating licence, as well as all applicable data protection regulations.

2 Eligibility

The hepi8 Platform is intended exclusively for adult users. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of hepi8 or its affiliated operators.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hepi8 or on any national gambling self-exclusion registry.
6. You must have a valid, active payment method registered in your own name with one of the supported Indonesian banks or e-wallet providers.

3 Account Registration

To access wagering services on hepi8, you must create a single registered Account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold one active hepi8 Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hepi8 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. You must notify hepi8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• Account Currency: All hepi8 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is supported.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hepi8 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and financial crime. Identity verification is mandatory for all Members prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

• Required Documents: You must submit a clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and a recent selfie holding the document. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method — may be requested at hepi8's discretion.
• Verification Timeline: hepi8 will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC review within 24 to 72 hours of document submission. During the verification period, withdrawals will be held pending clearance.
• Refusal to Verify: If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the initial request, hepi8 reserves the right to freeze the Account and return deposited funds to the originating payment method, minus applicable fees, after a mandatory review period.
• Ongoing Monitoring: hepi8 may conduct periodic re-verification requests in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to comply with re-verification requests constitutes grounds for account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hepi8 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following supported payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000.
2. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing with no open fraud or AML investigations.
3. Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. hepi8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the Member's verified legal name, or any cryptocurrency wallet.
4. Processing Times: hepi8 targets withdrawal processing within three minutes for verified Members on standard methods. Actual bank processing times may vary by institution. hepi8 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
5. Deposit Restrictions: Funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits made using third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
6. Transaction Records: A complete transaction history is available in your Account dashboard at all times. It is your responsibility to review transaction records promptly and report any discrepancies to hepi8 support within 14 days of the date of the relevant transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hepi8 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time frame will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Ineligible Games: Certain game types or betting markets may not contribute toward, or may contribute at a reduced rate toward, bonus wagering requirements. Eligible games will be listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Abuse Prevention: hepi8 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — is detected.
• Discretionary Offer: hepi8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• VIP Programme: Members enrolled in the hepi8 VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are subject to the tier-specific terms communicated at the time of enrolment or tier upgrade. Tier status is reviewed monthly based on prior 30-day activity.

7 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on the hepi8 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport- and game-specific rules are published separately in the platform's Help Centre and take precedence where they conflict with these general provisions.

• Finality of Bets: All bets are final once confirmed. Errors in bet placement — including incorrect market selection, incorrect stake, or misidentification of an event — are the sole responsibility of the Member. hepi8 will not void bets on the basis of a Member's claimed error unless a manifest Platform error is identified.
• Manifest Error: Where hepi8 determines that a bet was accepted as a result of a manifest error (e.g., a clearly incorrect odd published in error), hepi8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account balance.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data feeds. Network latency, data feed interruption, or platform maintenance may occasionally affect the availability of live markets. hepi8 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to unavailability of live betting markets.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in each market interface. These limits may vary by sport, market type, event, and Member account status.
• RNG Integrity: All random number generator (RNG) casino games on hepi8 operate under independently certified provably fair algorithms. Results are not influenced by hepi8 staff or any human intervention.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for the bet to win. Partial wins are not awarded unless a specific insurance feature is stated in the applicable market rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hepi8 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. hepi8 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and reports to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks or unauthorized reversal of deposits after wagers have been placed using those funds.
• Creating, operating, or accessing multiple accounts (see Section 3).
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, other than Indonesia.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, odds calculation systems, or RNG mechanisms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hepi8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of hepi8 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without hepi8's prior written consent. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

hepi8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hepi8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

hepi8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable persons. The following tools and policies apply to all Members:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. hepi8 will take immediate action to close accounts held by individuals under this age.
• Self-Management Tools: Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality-check reminders directly from their Account dashboard settings. Once applied, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of seven days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the specified exclusion period.
• Support Resources: If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life, please contact hepi8 support immediately at [email protected]. Our team can help activate protective tools or facilitate a self-exclusion request.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hepi8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, data breaches beyond hepi8's reasonable control, or any third-party service failure.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on any information, odds, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• Network delays, interruptions, or data feed errors that affect the availability or outcome of in-play betting markets.

hepi8's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

13 Suspension & Termination

hepi8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Member's financial institution.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. hepi8 will notify Members of impending inactivity closure via the registered email address.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

Upon termination, hepi8 will endeavour to return any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations and applicable fees) to the Member's last verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any pending fraud or AML review.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hepi8 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. hepi8 operates as an internationally licensed platform; Members in Indonesia acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and at their own risk in light of local regulations governing online gambling.

15 Amendments to These Terms

hepi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, hepi8 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
